The Vytautas Magnus University Students’ Representative Office (VMU SA) was founded in 1994. It is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation that represents the students of our university. Its activities are based on publicity, self-government, equality and other democratic values.

The main goal of VMU SA is to represent the students of our university, to defend their rights and interests inside and outside the university, to take care of the academic, social and cultural well-being of the students of VMU, to encourage the academic community to be citizens and to foster human values.

VMU SA also seeks to participate as actively as possible in the processes of improvement of our University and the national higher education system, which are related to students, their rights, employability, to disseminate information about studies and other opportunities important for every student.

Vytautas Magnus University Students’ Representative Office is an organisation with about 100 members, which is constantly developing and looking for new opportunities.
