News from VMU rectorate

 

This Wednesday morning, the first meeting of the rectorate of the new academic year took place, in which the President of the Student Representation, Justinas Petkus, also participated. During the meeting, admission to VMU in 2014 was discussed. an overview of the results, the reorganization of the university structure, the formation of the Study Organization and Quality Management Council, and issues initiated by members of the rectorate were discussed (the September 1 program was discussed).

First of all, it was mentioned that SKVC (Studies Quality Assessment Center) accredited Vytautas the Great University for six years. The ratings were good - emphasis added Artes Liberales system. The admission to VDU in 2014 was submitted. statistics of the results of various studies, all the data were discussed, where the situation improved - more enrolled, which should be paid more attention to. Data on enrolled foreigners were also provided - a total of over 300 students from various countries (USA, Italy, India, Morocco, Ukraine, etc.).
