SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS

Wednesday 19:00 Organizational Affairs Committee meeting.

The committee actively works with Lithuanian and foreign foundations and seeks to attract funding for various SA activities. It also takes care of high-quality, fun and meaningful leisure time for VMU students. In addition to traditional events, such as „Me, non-alcoholic beer and teacher“ or the camp „Balanced freshman“, the committee also contributes to the implementation of academic and social events. The committee coordinators are: Livija Udrėnairė and Urtė Buckiūnaitė

Wednesday 17:00 Marketing and Advertising Committee Meeting.

The committee is responsible for the support received by the representative office, and seeks financial resources for the implementation of events and projects. Committee members are actively looking for partners who would provide better conditions for VMU students in various institutions and make new acquaintances with representatives of various companies. Tuesday 18:00 Academic Affairs Committee meeting.

This committee takes care of better quality of studies and academically fair organization of studies. This committee is always ready to provide all relevant answers to academic questions and take care of students like themselves! The committee is coordinated Solvita Ausiukaitytė

Wednesday 18:00 Public Relations Committee meeting.

The function of the committee is to disseminate information about the activities of VDU SA, answer students' questions and messages, administer VDU SA accounts on social networks, write press releases and take care of the organization's image. Committee coordinator - Ugnė Šiaulytė.

Monday 19:00 Social Affairs Committee meeting.

The purpose of the committee is to ensure students' safety, emotional well-being, development of the social dimension, and to create a cozy and dynamic social environment. Committee members also take care of the quality of dormitory services, student financial support, favorable study conditions at the university and infrastructure based on the principles of universal design and adapted to all students' needs. The committee is coordinated Auksė Zykutė.

Wednesday 20:00 General meeting of VMU SA.

This meeting is chaired by the president of VDU SA Vitalija Jakubaitytė,which introduces the members of the representation to relevant academic and social information and news. During the general meeting, various topics about university policy and LSS are discussed, and committees report on the work done during the week.
