Miloš's Teaching Cycle

In November 2025, members of the Vytautas Magnus University Student Representative Council (VMU SA) participated in MILOŠOS training.
Miloš training – training designed to develop the competencies and skills of VMU SA members, which allow them to represent students even better.
This year, the training took place over three weekends: November 8–9 – academic affairs and public relations, November 15–16 – organizational affairs and human resources, November 22–23 – marketing and advertising, and social affairs.
The first MILOŠĖ weekend is marked by analytical thinking, communication, and new discoveries.
Academic Affairs participants delved into student rights, processes for improving the quality of studies, and communication with the university administration.
Deimantė, member of academic affairs, said: "The MILOŠAI were wonderful, thanks to which we saw what we do well, what we can improve and implement."„
Meanwhile, the Public Relations team, through practical sessions, examined the functioning of social networks, feedback, and practically learned the subtleties of video.

The second weekend was full of teamwork, planning, and emotions.
In organizational training, participants presented and defended their written projects and learned how to organize events well and in a structured way.

Meanwhile, Human Resources participants immersed themselves in an emotional journey, motivation, community building, and connection.

The last weekend of MILOŠĖS was extremely dynamic.
The marketing and advertising group worked on advertising campaign ideas and team tasks.
Tomas from the marketing and advertising committee: "MILOŠŲ training left a great impression and a lot of new knowledge. And participating in the program as a team with VMU SA members warmed my heart. Therefore, I guarantee that I will return next year as well!"„
In social affairs training, participants examined student welfare issues, psychological support, and practically tested the implementation of social ideas.

In addition to knowledge and new competencies, MILOŠAS training helped create a stronger, more united VMU SA community.
Each weekend has become an important step forward for VMU SA members to better represent students.
VMU SA will continue the tradition and continue to organize trainings that inspire action, creation and growth. And even more – that bring students together into one strong, vibrant community.
