In the activity report of VDU SA, the works performed are divided into five categories according to strategic directions of activity: representation, community mobilization, communication, strengthening of human and financial resources.

According to the president of VDU SA, a lot has been done and he is especially pleased with the results in the area of representation: "In order to make the COVID-19 pandemic as little as possible for students, during the first quarantine, a 25% discount was agreed on the fee for accommodation in the VDU dormitory, the option was valid both during the first and second quarantine to terminate the accommodation contract while keeping the available room, a COVID-19 support fund was established following our suggestions."

Mr. Vaitiekus also reminds about the presented position regarding the 2020 graduation of the spring semester remotely, in order to clarify the organization of the study process and ensure the safety of students, and is glad that this year it was possible to significantly expand the contact database of elders. "Also, I want to celebrate the proposed and reached agreement with VMU on a free Lithuanian student card for every freshman, which will be valid in the future as well as the fact that we contributed to VMU's head of disability affairs. coordinator and head of disability affairs. emergence and selection of consultant positions, we participated in the VMU Disability Policy Formation Working Group."

The president of VDU SA says that a lot has been achieved in other areas of activity as well: attention is paid to the integration of freshmen and foreign students into the university community, student organizations of VDU, maintaining relations with representatives of foreign students, writing projects and performing advertising services in order to ensure the financial stability of the organization. A lot of positive feedback has also been received about the project "Dynamic dialogues", the purpose of which is to talk with specialists from various fields about topics relevant to students.

According to the president, during the past year, the aim was to raise the competences of VDU SA members, to ensure the continuity of the organization's activities: "Two accreditations of members, two trainings, various discussions, interviews were carried out, in order for members to have as much knowledge and skills as possible for representation." In addition, to organize various meetings and events to attract new members.

Mr. Vaitiekus emphasizes that it was not possible to achieve all the set goals and hopes that certain issues that have not been implemented this term, such as the increase of incentive scholarships, will be raised in the future.
