VDU alumni forum, on March 14!

A biochemist recognized for his world-class discoveries in the field of DNA research. A photographer who captures the destinies of people caught in the vortex of war, closely watched both the conflict in Georgia and the bloody events in Kiev. An ambassador who wants to include the verbs and the modern architecture of Kaunas in the UNESCO heritage list. A girl who, in the name of her dream to reveal herself even more, quit her favorite job and chose the path of an independent producer and manager.

These are four people with very different life experiences, who are united by the courage to ask, get to know and share ideas. Vytautas the Great University invited them to a common table - to talk about the importance of education, its value in the modern world and the courage to break stereotypes.

Not only biochemist Skirmantas Kriaučionis, photographer Artūras Morozovas, Lithuanian ambassador to UNESCO Arūnas Gelūnas and producer, manager Gintarė Masteikaitė will participate in the VMU alumni forum "Intellect and freedom" to be held on March 14. Everyone who is familiar with the thirst for knowledge, for whom it is important to hear about the life experiences of others and to share their own, is invited to visit this event.
