VDU SA alumni presentation at the international event

October 9 the festival "Icebreakers" organized by the Latvian Student Business Incubator will take place (lit. icebreakers). Representatives from all universities of the Baltic countries will give presentations. Among them is Greta Šmaižytė, an alumni of Vytautas the Great University Student Representative Office (VDU SA).

Icebreakers is a traditional event for students who want to learn more about entrepreneurship and prepare for the job market. This year the festival is organized in virtual space. Nevertheless, there will be discussions, creative workshops and even online a party

Joana Gasiulytė, coordinator of VDU SA Projects and International Relations Committee, is happy that the Student Representation has become a partner of this project: "This is one of the first international events to which we contribute. We hope not only to gain useful experience ourselves, but also to attract as many students as possible to our university, who will have the opportunity to acquire a lot of new knowledge and skills completely free of charge."

J. Gasiulytė claims that this project is a great opportunity to present her university and Liberal arts ideas for the representatives of the Baltic countries: "How versatile education develops a person as a personality and how languages, co-university subjects or parallel studies can be useful in the future will be shared by the alumni of our organization, Greta Šmaižytė."

Icebreakers will take place on October 9 in virtual space. Representatives from Vilnius and Kaunas Universities of Technology will also give their presentations. More information is available here.
