Vacancies in the dormitory are announced

Sh. m. on September 10, the Office of Student Affairs publishes a list of vacant living spaces in VMU dormitories, which appeared when students did not move in or refused the places assigned to them through a tender. These vacant places will not be distributed through a tender process, so there is no need to submit additional documents, and students who did not participate in tenders for accommodation in VMU dormitories can also apply for them.

In order to live in a vacant place in a dormitory, a student must:
• monitor Dormitory vacancy list online;
• click on the "Reserve a room" link at the bottom of the list of rooms and log in to the VDU online dormitory system using your FirstClass system login data;
• reserve the selected place in the list in the online VDU dormitories system;
• within 72 hours from the successful completion of the room reservation, apply to Office 210 of the Student Affairs Office (S. Daukant st. 27) and complete the dormitory registration procedure. Failure to do so within the specified period will result in cancellation of the reservation.

If it was not possible to reserve a room the first time, the reservation must be repeated. It is also important to monitor the reservation status, which will be displayed in the VDU online dormitory system, because if two students reserve the same room, the later reservation made by the student will be canceled and the student will need to reserve another residence.

Importantly, only one active reservation is allowed per student. If the student reserves a second room, the first reservation is automatically cancelled.
