On the initiative of the VMU Student Representation, students who terminated the dormitory accommodation contract from m. on April 1, after the end of the quarantine, will have the right to return to the dormitory room where he lived before the termination of the contract.
Students who terminated the accommodation contract from m. on April 1, will have the right to request to return to live in the same place of residence in the dormitory where they lived before the termination of the contract, by filling out an electronic application in the prescribed form, which will be published http://apgyvendinimas.vdu.lt, but not later than m. July 31
Students who have not yet terminated the accommodation contract must send a letter (e-mail studentas@vdu.lt) from their Outlook mailbox, informing the university about the termination of the dormitory contract and the eviction date (not later than 10 working days after sending the letter). . AThe date of termination of the accommodation contract must be recorded by e-mail. the date of receipt of the letter, from which the accommodation tax calculation is suspended.
Students who until m. July 31 will not provide email of a request to return to live in the dormitory room in which he lived before the date of eviction, will lose the right of priority to receive it, but will have the opportunity to choose a place of residence from the publicly announced list of available dormitories.
The procedure for concluding an accommodation contract and moving into a dormitory room, where you lived before moving out, does not apply to students who graduated in 2020. in the spring semester.
