Youth projects are held in June

Basic information about the projects:

 

Name of the project:  „"Will you play with me?""

Project dates: 06.19-06.26 2014; (travel dates can be adjusted - additional days in Istanbul or similar are reserved)

Project location:  Sivas, Turkey (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sivas);

Residence: Guest house;

Number of participants: 6 participants and a leader (7 people in total);

Age of participants: 16-26 years old, there is no age limit for the leader;

Amount of money paid by the participant: 473 LTL.

 

Name of the project: "Obesity is not a sorrow""

Project dates: 06.20-06.27 2014; (travel dates can be adjusted - additional days in Istanbul or similar are reserved)

Project location:  Side, Turkey (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Side);

Residence: camping, in tents (you need to bring a sleeping bag);

Number of participants: 5 participants and a leader (6 people in total);

Age of participants: 16-26 years old, there is no age limit for the leader;

Amount of money paid by the participant: 448 LTL.

 

Name of the project: "Survival""

Project dates: 06.20-06.27 2014; (travel dates can be adjusted - additional days in Istanbul or similar are reserved)

Project location:  Trabzon, Turkey (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trabzon);

Residence: Camping, in tents (you need to bring a sleeping bag);

Number of participants: 4 participants and a leader (5 people in total);

Age of participants: 16-26 years old, there is no age limit for the leader;

Amount of money paid by the participant: 465 LTL.

 

The amount of money paid by the participant- this sum includes 30 % travel expenses to the project site and back. This is the total amount paid by the project participant, accommodation, meals and activity costs during the program are paid by the hosting organization in Turkey, as the project is implemented under the "Youth in Action" program. Additionally, you need to take money for free time (as needed), souvenirs (as needed).

 

The projects are based on the methodology of non-formal education and intercultural learning. During the projects, there will be short lectures, creative activities and tasks, active activities, simulation games, intercultural and social evenings, excursions around the local area and other activities.
