"Student, become a student!": a unique opportunity to experience student life
The Student Representative Office of Vytautas Magnus University invites students from grades 10-12 to participate in the annual project "Students, become a student!", which will take place in 2025. February 17-21 During this project, the participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in student daily life for a week, try out the desired study program, get to know the university professors, students and the opportunities offered by VMU.
Project activities
The project gives students the opportunity to:
- participate in the lectures of the chosen study program,
- get to know VDU Liberal arts study model and parallel studies,
- to experience student life by communicating with VMU mentors,
- try informal student activities and get to know the university community.
The project helps to answer one of the most important questions - which field of study best meets the student's needs and expectations?
Registration and selection
The selection of project participants will take place in several stages:
- December 5 - December 9 (12 o'clock) pre-registration is for students of VDU network schools.
- December 9 (12 o'clock) - January 6. (5 p.m.) open registration for all Lithuanian students.
- January 13 selected participants will be informed by e-mail. by mail and will get the opportunity to create your own lecture schedule.
In order to participate, you must complete the registration form by the specified deadline. Selected students will be invited to meet mentors and participate in preparatory meetings.

Additional information
- Free accommodation. Participants who live outside of Kaunas will be provided with an accommodation option, which we will inform you about in addition.
- Meals are provided at your own expense.
- The project is adapted to students with individual needs.
