Student, become president!

Vytautas Magnus University Student Representation (VDU SA) invites everyone who is determined to become the biggest representative of all VDU students! This requires the support of fifty students and convincing the students why you should be the president.

The president of VDU SA is the head of the representative office, coordinating its activities. The main responsibilities of the president are to represent students in the VMU Rectorate, Senate and University Council meetings, ethics commissions, convene and preside over VMU SA Parliament meetings, act on behalf of the VMU SA.

"I think the well-known phrase "With great power comes great responsibility" is particularly appropriate here. The job of president is extremely stressful and stressful. Nevertheless, it is good to represent the interests of students, to fight for their rights and to feel their gratitude." - the current president of VDU SA, Mindaugas Grigas, shares his experience.

The candidate for the post of VDU SA president is registered by the chairman of the VDU SA election commission. At least 50 students must support the candidacy. Candidate applications with student signatures should be brought to the Career Center (K. Donelaičio str. 52-114) by March 7, 5 p.m. to the chairman of the election commission, Justin Petkas.
