Student for student

We have probably all come across situations in our lives that seem to complicate our lives. We would like to avoid them, but it is impossible, because they are a necessary part of our everyday life. But wouldn't it be easier if these situations could be alleviated? All students want to live easier and more comfortably, so we offer several options just for you, how to make your student life easier with a few tricks. Correspondence is strictly forbidden at the university, but no one will forbid you to make life easier for yourself, right?

We all love to chew gum. It's relaxing, but few of us know that chewing the same flavored gum while preparing for an important exam helps with the test as well. All you have to do is chew the same gum!

There is nothing that a student cannot learn in one night. And even scientists prove it. However, in order for learning to be really effective, several important rules must be kept in mind: 25 min. of hard work, then 5 min. break and every third break should last at least 20 minutes. That way, the last night will bring the best results!

After a long and hard night of studying or an "intellectual" student sitting down with a glass of beer, the morning is always difficult. If you are afraid that you will not hear the alarm clock - no problem. Place your smartphone or alarm clock in the glass. Trust me, this will be the loudest alarm clock you've ever heard.

What is a student without modern technology? The Internet should be available everywhere and always! If you know you're going to a place you've never been before and don't know the Wi-Fi password, there's a solution! Visit the website www.foursquare.com and find the password for that location.

All students save food. If you want yesterday's slice of pizza to be as crispy, put a bowl of water in the microwave along with it. Delicious.

Who said that chocolate only adds extra pounds? Don't forget to eat a few pieces of chocolate while preparing for an important payment. This will help you absorb new information much faster and... "tastier".

I decided to go to Finland under the Erasmus exchange program quite unexpectedly. I've always been the one who spoke negatively about Erasmus: binge drinking, wasting money and guaranteed academic debt. However, one spontaneous decision changed my outlook for life. Selected? I don't want anymore! In the middle of the first semester of the second year, I see that an additional application for Erasmus studies is published. I am filling out the registration form thinking that…

Energetic, emotional, sensitive to the environment, but difficult to concentrate - this is how Jokūbas Nosovas describes himself, better known in the dance world by the nickname Zmej (Russian for "snake") due to his flexibility. Vytautas the Great University's fourth-year political science student, who previously tried his luck at the Lithuanian Sports University majoring in sports recreation and tourism, nevertheless found himself in dance. Now Jakūbas is one of the dance center "In...

I don't know about you, but sometimes I just want to pour my heart out on a white piece of paper. Just write, write what's happening around, what's happening inside... Just like what sometimes happens to women - you wake up in the morning and realize that today you want to look more beautiful than you usually do. I want to and I don't know why. I can't find a reason for this or…

I end up gorging myself on obscenely delicious gummies. And what? They are one of the most attractive products that can be found in an ordinary store - colorful and witty packaging, a wide range of flavors and shapes and everything else. Well, I'll admit, I don't know anything about rubber bands. They were left by a friend quite accidentally, or maybe very planned (I won't go into the human brain right now). Maybe here...

  • Take a breath, sink in and… come back!

As the weather becomes more and more autumnal, many people wander in their thoughts into their own separate world. Feeling more and more often cold hands, body shivering, needing an umbrella, which not everyone forgets to take, it is so good to think about a lot and to leave reality for a minute. Like being here at the same time, but also somewhere far away. These three men are no exception,…

  • Remembering the "Spring Festival"...

At our Alma Mater - Vytautas the Great University, a few weeks ago, the largest event organized by the VMU Student Representation - "Spring Festival" took place. The entire university was buzzing for two days. Everyone could find activities: some attended lectures by famous people, others participated in creative workshops, and others went to social events. People also had the opportunity to learn how to dance salsa, play basketball or Quidditch,…
