Erasmus+ study abroad competition is announced

VMU International Relations Service announces a competition for studies abroad under the "Erasmus+" program in the 2014-2015 academic year. Participants' questionnaires were filled out online are accepted until March 1.

Full-time, full-time and full-time students of I-III year bachelor's, I-year master's, I-III year doctoral studies can participate in the selection. Students who have already studied under the LLP / Erasmus program can participate in the selection, if their total period of Erasmus studies and internship at the same level does not exceed 12 months. period. Students who left for Erasmus studies in the first stage can participate in the competition again in the second stage.

Selection results will be published VDU website and on bulletin boards on March 12. Each student who participated in the selection will also be informed by e-mail. by post

Persons with disabilities or special needs are invited to participate in the selection. These individuals may be eligible for additional funding.

Selection criteria

  • correspondence between the study/research plan at a foreign higher education institution and the study program at VMU;
  • the grade average of the last two semesters, which should not be lower than the overall grade average of the course, and good grades in the specialty subjects;
  • good knowledge of the foreign language in which the subjects will be listened to;
  • student motivation;
  • experience of student work, studies, internships, participation in international academic projects, social activities abroad and in Lithuania;
  • student's ability to independently solve emerging problems.
