"Pilnas kadras" - film festival for young talents

On December 12 of this year, a completely new and non-standard film festival "Pilnas kadras" will be held in Kaunas. The organizers of this event challenge all participants to create a quality film in no more than 100 seconds. The goal of the challenge is to help young creators learn how to use and fulfill every frame of the film, to convey their message clearly and simply, but, of course, not poorly.

"Pilnas kadras" is a special festival not only because it "frames" the work of a young creator in 100 seconds and encourages to think carefully and plan before doing everything, without requiring large investments, but also offers valuable acquaintances and advice. During the event, the films will be watched by a competent commission, with whom the participants will have a chance to communicate.

Young talents and new ideas - the opportunity to be noticed, tested and express themselves, even if the film is shot on a smartphone, using original editing or created using animation.
