looking for full-time office and project administrator(s) in Vilnius

Nature of work:

Project administration;
Administration of office activities;
Preparation and administration of the institution's documentation and correspondence;
Preparation of office contracts;
Organization of institution events;
Preparation and administration of proposals for public procurement;
Assistance to employees of the institution.

Requirements for candidates:

Higher education;
Successful experience of similar work;
Good knowledge of English;
knowledge of the Russian language;
Clerical knowledge;
Excellent computer skills;
Initiative, communication, quick orientation.

Candidate advantages:

Project administration experience.
