About stress with associate professor Aidus Permin
Exams and stress are inseparable. Most graduates do not admit out loud that they are tired and feel irritable, but they say that the further they go, the harder it is for them to fight fatigue and tension. The Lithuanian School Students' Union together with the Kaunas Student Self-Government Information Center invites schoolchildren, high school graduates and students to come to the program "Exams. Don't get nervous!" lecture "Simple methods of relaxation and reducing psychological tension".
In the lecture, assistant professor Aidas Perminas, doctor of biomedical sciences, will reveal methods that are relevant both for schoolchildren and people of respectable age: how to deal with tension and its consequences - irritability, fatigue and fear. According to Dovydas Bernots, chairman of the Kaunas Student Self-Government Information Center (KMSIC), we experience stress every day and it is difficult to get rid of it and get a good rest. "Fatigue, stress, preparing for exams accompany almost every day. Now it is extremely difficult to find time for a good rest or to find out ways to cope with tension", D. Bernotas asserted.
We are waiting for everyone on April 29, at 3 p.m., at the Faculty of Political Sciences and Diplomacy of VMU (Gedimino st. 44), in auditorium 303. We guarantee an informative and interesting afternoon, and most of all, we hope that even the most irritable will find ways to fight against persistent fatigue and tension.
