We invite you to invest in a VDU student and support the VDU Student Representation with a portion of your 2% income tax!

This way of providing support does not require any additional costs from you. We share information on how you can designate 2 percent.

1. Log in: www.vmi.lt
2. Click: MY VMI

3. Select your bank and log in

4. On the bank's page, click "VMI DECLARATION"

5. Select: EDS system - will take you to the VMI page

6. In the "DECLARATION" → "Fill in a form" section, after selecting "Request for support" from the list of commonly filled forms:

7. In the window that opens, select "Fill in a new form"
· Select the FR0512 v.3 form, to be completed online.
8. Form FR0512 - version 3 will then open, where you need to fill in the points:
· 5 – tax period 2017
· 6s - put a check mark
· E1 - recipient type - 2
· E2 - beneficiary code - 193417341
· E3 – VDU SA
· E4 – 2 percent.
· E5 - 2021
9. Click "Submit" at the top of the form
The 2 percent income tax allotment is complete! Help ensure effective student representation!
