Donelai\u010dio str. 52\u2013514)\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vdu.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/New-Scholarly-Voices-programme2014-lankstinukas-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Scholarly Voices 2014<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of the conference, the vice-dean of the Faculty of Humanities of VMU, prof. Dr. Jonas Vai\u010denonis and the head of the Department of English Philology prof. Dr. Ingrida \u017dind\u017eiuviene.<\/p>\n<p>At the event, students will discuss the literary works of Stephen King, Isabel Allende, Jeanne DuPrau, Jack Kerouac, Haruki Murakami and other authors, the series &quot;Twin Peaks&quot;, &quot;Sherlock&quot;, &quot;The Followers&quot;, etc., the influence of foreign languages on the English language, the manipulation of food advertising discourse, the role of context in literary translation, etc<\/p>\n<p>More information is available at the Department of English Philology (K.
