This way of providing support does not require any additional costs from you. We share information on how you can designate 2 percent.<\/p>\n

6. In the "DECLARATION" \u2192 "Fill in a form" section, after selecting "Request for support" from the list of commonly filled forms:<\/span><\/p>\n

7. In the window that opens, select "Fill in a new form"<\/div>\n
