The Erasmus study visit may be shorter if documents are submitted confirming that highly qualified specialists cannot be away from work for even one week.<\/p>\n<p>Employees are requested to coordinate the date and duration of the secondment, study or work program with the host institution of higher education. You also need to fill out a secondment request to the rector and a personal data form. More information and all necessary forms of documents to be filled in are provided<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vdu.lt\/lt\/apie-vdu-kaune\/tarptautiniai-rysiai\/erasmus-mokymosi-vizitai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">On the website of the International Relations Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Employees with disabilities or special needs are eligible for additional funding for a study visit.
