Academic debt

When is an academic debt gained?

Academic debt is gained when the finale grade of a module is negative (student doesn’t pass the module) even after the second exam session (except VMU Law students, they get academic debt if student doesn’t pass the exam).

How much and when does academic debt has to be paid of?

Price depends on the module’s credits number and is established at deanery or cathedral. Payment has to be done before starting to take the module repeatedly.

Will I be registered for the module, in which I gained an academic debt, automatically?

No. Student has to get a permission from deanery to study module repeatedly.

Is it possible to leave the same midterm marks for a module that I got an academic debt from?

No.
